Primary Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses.
  • Assist in planning and executing events that bring our community together.
  • Keep our office humming by managing supplies, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • Help spread the word about our initiatives through social media and marketing support.
  • Ensure that our data management systems are accurate and up to date.
 
Position Details:
  • Full-time, permanent role with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • Initially adopting a hybrid working model due to ongoing renovations.
  • Hourly wage of $22.55, comprehensive benefits after probation, and two weeks of paid vacation annually.
